The woman lies on her side. The man faces her, straddling her lower leg, and lifts her upper leg on either side of his body onto the crook of his elbow or onto his shoulder.
While some references describe this position as being "for acrobats and not to be taken seriously," others have found it very comfortable, especially during pregnancy.
